After graduation from RMIT University with a degree in Business Management (Human Resource Management) with Distinction, Elsie joined RecruitPlus as an intern. She quickly learnt the ropes and established her credibility as a specialist in mid to high levels search for public sector and audit/accountancy functions. Elsie also holds a Diploma in Business Management (Major in Human Resource Management) from Nanyang Polytechnic. As the longest serving staff in RecruitPlus, she rose through the ranks steadily. She was RecruitPlus youngest Unit Manager and her good performance saw her promoted to a Senior Unit Manager heading a team of five.
