As MD, Victor has successfully transformed RecruitPlus into a winning company with a dynamic yet sharing culture that rocks. Victor brought with him a veritable ‘treasure chest’ of corporate experiences ranging from Banks and MNCs to a promising E50 local enterprise to RecruitPlus. As an ex-banker, CFO and consultant, Victor has helped several enterprises attained IPO and/or E50 award. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Victor has a string of qualifications and is armed with a Master in Finance, a Bachelor in Economics, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Management Consulting. He is currently pursuing a Chief People Officer accreditation and have completed his Singapore Institute of Directors accreditation.
