Prior to joining RecruitPlus, John was with American International Assurance (AIA) as a Financial Services Consultant cum Recruitment Executive and was qualified into the AIA Million Dollar Round Table Club, 2009 and AIA Convention - Osaka, 2008. Armed with a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Industrial Chemistry from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, John very quickly established himself as a star performer in RecruitPlus with several awards and performance records (including record highest invoice, highest month, highest quarter and highest year) to his name. Rising through the ranks, John is now a Senior Unit Manager leading a team of five. As a recruiter, John is a specialist in Insurance covering mid to high levels positions.
