Prior to his appointment in RPC China as Executive Director, Zac was the founder and principal search consultant of a leading boutique executive searching firm, Glocal Career Consulting which is also based in Shanghai. He worked closely with global MNCs as well as fast-growing Chinese star-ups. Zac and his team played a key role in the talent acquisition for the pre-operational management team for Shanghai Disney Resort during its formative years from 2012 to 2016. Zac is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Arts & Social Sciences at NUS. Zac holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the Sichuan International Studies University in China. Based in Shanghai, he is proficient in Mandarin and English.
